Services

Focused projects.
Practical results.

Short, focused projects that reduce the operational friction in your business. Everything is custom. Nothing is off-the-shelf.

What I Do

Four areas of focus

01

Workflow Simplification

I map out how work actually moves through your business, find the steps that are eating up time or causing errors, and simplify them. Sometimes that means automation. Sometimes it means removing a step entirely.

02

Customer Experience Clarity

If your customers are confused — by your website, your booking process, your communication — that's friction that costs you business. I find where that confusion lives and clean it up.

03

Tool Implementation

The right tool, set up properly, can save you hours a week. The wrong tool, or the right tool set up badly, just adds complexity. I help you choose and implement tools that actually earn their keep.

04

Website Delivery

If your website is a source of friction — confusing to visitors, hard to update, not doing its job — I can deliver a clean, functional replacement. Not a design exercise. A working business tool.

Boundaries

What I Don't Do

It's worth being clear.

I don't guarantee business outcomes. I reduce friction — what you do with a smoother-running business is up to you.

I don't manage your staff or handle HR, accounting, or compliance.

I don't rebuild everything. If something's working, I leave it alone.

I don't sell ongoing retainers you don't need.

You remain responsible for your decisions and results.

Process

How a Project Works

Step 1 — Free

Conversation

We talk about your business — how it runs, where things are harder than they should be, what you've already tried.

Step 2

Assessment

If it looks like I can help, I'll put together a clear scope: what I'd focus on, what it would cost, and what you can expect.

Step 3

Execution

I do the work. You stay informed. When it's done, you have something that works and that you can maintain.

Business consultation

Ongoing

After a project, some owners choose to keep me lightly involved for occasional review and refinement. That's available if you want it. No long-term commitment required.

Worth a conversation?

If your business is running harder than it needs to, I'm happy to take a look and tell you what I see.
